Do I have to make repairs before contacting you?
No. The point is to evaluate the property in its current condition before you spend money preparing it for sale.
Do you only buy houses?
No. Residential properties are our primary focus, but we also consider select commercial and multifamily properties, including office, retail, industrial/flex and mixed-use buildings.
What areas are you focusing on?
Our initial focus is Oakland County and Macomb County, Michigan.
What kinds of problems are okay?
Examples include outdated finishes, deferred maintenance, unfinished renovations, cleanup needs, rental turnover work, inherited-property issues, vacancy and commercial repositioning needs.
Is requesting an offer a commitment to sell?
No. Submitting a property does not create a sale. Any transaction requires a written purchase agreement accepted by both parties.
Will you buy a property with tenants?
Possibly. Tell us whether the property is occupied and what type of tenancy exists. We will review the situation as part of the property evaluation.
Do I need contractor estimates first?
No. Photos, repair information and estimates can be useful, but you do not need to obtain them before contacting us.
What if I am not sure whether the property fits?
